Chocolate on breakfast helps losing weight


Addicted of chocolate that want to reduce weight will be glad of the good news: they can eat chocolate at breakfast and not to restrict it, writes “Daily Express”.


For people who wonder how is this possible, doctor Daniela Yakubovich explains that results are achieved by a weight loss program, known as “The Big Breakfast” .

The idea is at morning to be taken 700 calories in order the body to waken. The everyday breakfast food includes 30 grams of chocolate, two pieces of yellow cheese, 85 grams of tender meat and two slices of brown butter bread.

Doctor Yakubovich practices this diet to her patients for 15 years and explains that it works, because it helps to reduce the sense of hunger later during the day.

“The low-carbohydrate diets are not best way of reducing weight because they increase the desire of eating carbohydrates”, the specialist explains.
