TIP 2 - The Right Diet - Eat Fresh 
Eat lean protein foods like lean meats, fish, eggs, lots and lots of vegetables and fruits. Avoid processed foods the best way you can and eat fresh. Watch and reduce the content of calories, sodium and fat in your food and drinks. For e.g. you can substitute water for soda. Limit the carbohydrates content in your meals to minimize your chances of storing up fat during sleep.

TIP 3 - Quick and Rigorous Exercise 
You just have to work it out. The best way is to engage in a brief high-intensity exercise, sweat a lot, rest for a while and then get on it again. Try walking briskly on your way to work, up and down your stairs, etc.

TIP 4 - Drink Water 
Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water before meals and whenever you feel hungry. You may also drink herbal teas as they can be good natural supplements when it comes to weight loss.

TIP 5 - 'Fruit Fasting' 
As weird as it sounds, it actually works. My sister did it and lost 10 pounds in 16 days. Just don't eat anything but fruits during the day and then reward yourself with a fat-free dinner. Drink lots of water and eat any vegetable within your reach.
